libhyena-cil software package provides set of utility libraries for the CLI, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhyena-cil
libhyena-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhyena-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhyena-cil *
You will get with libhyena-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
